Malaria causes a flu-like illness and these would include:
fever
rigors
headaches
sweating
tiredness
myalgia (limbs and back)
abdominal pain
diarrhea
loss of appetite
orthostatic hypotension
nausea
slight jaundice
cough
enlarged liver and spleen (sometimes not palpable)
vomiting
HOLY SHIT --- I have the fever, headaches, sweating, and tiredness symptoms. This is not looking good.

I wouldn't worry so much about malaria, but what about West Nile?
She's right...you definately have West Nile. Can I have your powerbook, your iphone and your ipod??
Wow... I see my pending trip to the river Styx is really affecting ya'll.
My body isn't even cold yet and there are sticky notes on my belongings like a land grab free for all.
Is it even possible to catch West Nile if I'm in the south??? Wouldn't it be South Nile? Or how about "That sucks but glad it's not me" Nile?
That sucks.
I loved the label "screwed" if that helps.
